SmartScope® Quest™ systems are high-accuracy metrology systems designed to use a variety of sensors for full three-dimensional measurement. Offering the best optical performance available, the Quest™ uses patented TeleStar® 10:1 zoom lens that is completely telecentric and automatically calibrated throughout its range for distortion free, high-fidelity images.
Smartscope® Quest™ 250 is an advanced-technology dimensional measuring system. This system incorporates a standard TeleStar® telecentric 10:1 zoom optics, touch probe, and micro-probes into a compact, benchtop platform. Smartscope® Quest™ 300 offers the measurement versatility and accuracy needed for the most critical, demanding parts. With an expanded measurement range to accommodate large parts, it combines state-of-the-art video and autofocus to deliver high productivity. Smartscope® Quest™ 450 is an extremely accurate system designed to incorporate optical, touch probe, micro-probes, and the patented TeleStar® telecentric TTL laser for versatility and accuracy. Standard 10:1 zoom optics provide the highest level of optical performance. This system is designed to measure large parts, or to accommodate fixtures of multiple parts or rotary indexers. Smartscope® Quest™ 650 is the largest high-accuracy system from OGP. This system provides high throughput and high accuracy simultaneously. It comes standard with TeleStar® telecentric 10:1 zoom optics and high-speed linear motors in the X and Y axes, moving at a rapid 100 mm/sec. The Quest 650 takes multisensor metrology to the next level with the addition of an optional motorized heavy-duty dual rotary indexer for five-axis measurement capability. Smartscope® Quest™ 800 is an extremely accurate floor model system designed to measure very large parts.
