CMM Fixture kits
CMMkit

  • Magnetic and clamping kits are used for holding steel, aluminum, plastic, ferrous and other nonferrous parts.
  • Clamping kits are used for holding aluminum, plastic, brass, titanium and other nonferrous parts.
  • Fixture base plates and components are available with English or Metric Threads.
  • Kits come in either 1/4-20, M8 or M4 thread size, or you can choose to build your own kit.
  • Components sold seperately for M12 thread size.
The R&R CMM fixture kit can be used with any type of CMM.  It is a quick, economical way to hold and secure parts for inspection.  The alpha-numeric threaded hole fixture plate and comprehensive set of labeled components allow the user to create a repeatable location of the part each and every time.  Parts can be inspected on a fixture within just a matter of minutes.





Vision Fixture kits

Every fixture is made with a precision acrylic base plate that allows for back lighting and a clear, clean look at the part. R&R offers two modular filtering options, each made specifically to fit your machine, giving you the ability to hold and inspect virtually anything. The alpha-numeric plates and labeled components enable the user to set parts up the same way each and every time.
